Our Pantry Guarantee & Return Policy
At Lando's Pet Treats, we take pride in the structural integrity, freshness, and purity of our small-batch rewards. Every single item is hand-packed and strictly vetted to meet our 100% Lando-Approved standard.
Because we specialise in natural, perishable food items, our return framework is designed to protect the hygiene of our pantry while ensuring you and your companion are completely looked after.
🥩 Opened Treats & The "Picky Eater" Promise
Due to strict safety, health, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened pouches or boxes of treats.
However, we want your dog to love their reward ritual. If you purchased a standalone treat or a CQO Pack subscription box and your dog genuinely refuses to eat a specific protein, please do not return it. Instead:

Reach out to our pantry team at landospettreats@mail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Tell us what your dog didn't like, and we will happily arrange a replacement flavour swap or store credit for your next order.

Lando’s Request: If you have opened a bag that your dog doesn’t fancy, we kindly ask that you pass it along to a neighbourhood pup or donate it to a local shelter like DBARC rather than letting it go to waste!
📦 Unopened Items & Change of Mind
If you change your mind about an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is completely unopened, unsealed, and in its original premium packaging.

To initiate an unopened return, please email us at landospettreats@mail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs via a tracked postal service.

Once our pantry receives and inspects the unopened package, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Split Deliveries
We air-dry our items to precise moisture thresholds and heat-seal our window pouches to preserve maximum aroma. If your package arrives damaged, a pouch seal is broken, or the courier mishandled your box:

Take a quick photo of the damaged packaging or product.

Email the photo to landospettreats@mail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will instantly dispatch a replacement shipment to you at no extra charge, or issue a full refund—no need to mail the damaged items back to us.
🔄 Subscription (The CQO Pack) Modifications
We believe in total flexibility. There are no lock-in contracts inside The CQO Pack.

You can pause, skip a month, switch to a different box theme (such as shifting from the Quiet Time Blueprint to the Sensitive Tummy Protocol), or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal.

To avoid being charged for your next automated cycle, please make any adjustments or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.
